After Christmas

This thought was shared with me today:

"When the song of the angels is stilled, when the sky in the star is gone. When the kings and princes are home, when the shepherds are back with their flock. The work if Christmas begins: to find the lost, to heal the broken, to feed the hungry, to release the prisoner, to rebuild the nations, to bring peace among brothers, to make music in the heart.". - Howard Thurman

I think that this is very important for us to focus on. We get very warm and fuzzy around Christmas and we have very good will towards men and women then, but it is the time after Christmas, after the Savior arrives, that will define us and define our adherence to the creeds of Christianity. The gift that we received from God at Christmas needs to be greatly displayed in how we live after Christmas.
